We are all about Jesus.  He is our senior pastor.  It is HIS name above ALL names.  (Philippians 2:10 )


God’s Word is the foundation on which we base what we believe, teach, and live.  His Word is to be used to change our lives.  (2 Timothy 3:16)


We believe prayer is the catalyst that sustains us for all things.  Prayer produces BOLD faith that is driven and led by the Holy Spirit at work in us.  We will trust God’s work in us and not fear failure.  (Philippians 4:16)


We want to be known by what we are for.  It is our goal to be known by grace and not a critical spirit.  (John 13:35)


We are real people and we will act like it!  We will promote authenticity and transparency. (1 John 1:8-9)


We will demonstrate gratitude for what God has brought to us.  We will seek to produce generations that know how to give honor. (1 Thessalonians 5:18)


We will lead the way in generosity.  We desire to be known in our community, both locally and globally, for what we give. (Deuteronomy 15:10)


We will pursue relevance and excellence because we understand the importance of culture.  We will change our approach whenever needed, to most effectively communicate God’s unchanging truth in an excellent way.  (1 Corinthians 9:22-23)


We will be community inside and outside the church.  This community will be built through real relationships.

We will not work alone.  We are a team.  In teamwork we demonstrate a variety of abilities, resulting in creativity and excellence. God is worth all of our passion and best efforts. (Ecclesiastes 4;9-10, 12)


We will love and lead one another to unite all ages and generations through discipleship. (Hebrews 10:23-24)


We will go deep and wide in everything we do.  We desire to go deep in God’s Word and relationships.  We desire to go wide in connecting people with Jesus.  This desire is not either/or, it is both. (Matthew 28:19)
